Getting Started

Welcome to Dukatai! This platform helps small and medium businesses in Kenya create simple websites and sell on WhatsApp. To get started, follow these simple steps:

  1. Create an account at admin.dukatai.com
  2. Verify your email address
  3. Log in to your dashboard
  4. Complete your business profile details
  5. Add your first product to start selling

Adding, Editing & Deleting Products

ADDAdding Products:

  1. Navigate to your dashboard and click on the "Products" section
  2. Click the "Add Product" button
  3. Fill in all the required details: product name, price, category, description, and inventory
  4. Upload high-quality images for your product
  5. Click the "Add Product" button to save your new product

EDITEditing Products:

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the product you wish to edit
  2. Update any of the product details, such as product name, price, category, description, or inventory
  3. Click the "Save Changes" button to apply your updates

DELETEDeleting Products:

  1. Click the trash icon next to the product you wish to delete
  2. Confirm the product deletion when prompted

View Your Store

VIEWViewing Your Store Site:

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard or the Products page
  2. Click the "View Site" button
  3. You will be redirected to a new page, which is your live Dukatai store website
  4. Share this URL with customers so they can browse and order via WhatsApp

💡 Pro Tip:

Share your store URL on WhatsApp Status, Facebook, Instagram, or anywhere your customers are. When they visit your store and click "Order via WhatsApp", it will open a WhatsApp chat with you!

WhatsApp Integration

Dukatai automatically integrates with WhatsApp to make selling easier for you and buying easier for your customers.

HOWHow it works:

  1. Customer visits your store website
  2. They browse your products and click "Order via WhatsApp"
  3. WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message containing product details
  4. Customer sends the message to start the conversation
  5. You receive the order and can respond directly on WhatsApp

📱 Make sure to:

  • Keep your WhatsApp number updated in your profile
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries
  • Use WhatsApp Business for better customer management
